Norton Lees Under 18s 3 - 4 MIllhouses B Under 18s
MATCH REPORT:
After two straight 6-0 defeats this was the third game in 8 days. Not clearing boucing balls in our own box continued to be a problem and despite plenty of effort we were 4-0 down at half time. With just less than 20 minutes remaining we scored our first goal of the season with Addz Gilbert latching onto a through ball and beating the keeper from just inside the box. This lifted the spirits of the whole team and some excellent play through the middle resulted in Addz firing in a second from the right hand edge of the box into the top left of the goal. This second goal lifted the tempo even further and after a few shots wide of the target we were awarded a free-kick on the edge of the box. Liam Roe took charge and fired the free kick into to the top corner of the net via the shoulder of a defender on the edge of the wall. The only disappointment to come was that the next whistle from the referee was for full-time, there wasn't even time for Millhouses to kick off again.

Norton Lees Under 18s 0 - 6 Porter Under 18s
MATCH REPORT:
As the old saying goes this was a game of two halves. After 15 minutes we were 3-0 downand finished the fisrt half despondent at 5-0 down. After a bit of re-organisation and a few stiff words at half time we rallied in the second half and managed to not only keep the ball out of our net for 48 minutes but mounted attacks of our own. A final goal against in the last of 4 minutes extra time saw the final score for the seocnd game in a row 6-0 to our opponents.
